Great experience purchasing a used vehicle at Momentum BMW. I assisted my son in purchasing a Rav4 and was very impressed by the staff at Momentum BMW. I had a great buying experience at the dealership. When we did hit a bump along the way the team (sales and service) came up with solutions to resolve the issue. I have to admit I was very reluctant in considering purchasing a used vehicle from a dealership but everyone I met at Momentum BMW made it a very easy decision.
Excellent dealership with extremely professional people who really understand customer service. Momentum BMW always goes above and beyond every time I visit their store.
Everyone was very nice and helpful, hit quite a few road blocks along the way but the staff was great at finding solutions

Curtis was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He made us feel like we made a friend not just a salesman. We had to travel 3 hours from San Antonio to get the car we wanted and the dealership took off the cost of us coming there twice. I would highly recommend Momentum BMW in Houston to anyone that wants to buy a BMW.

Mikah is hands down the best sales agent at this dealership. You can often tell when someone enjoys what they do by their actions. She took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted with no pressure and it was easy because she is so down to earth. She earned a customer for life.
