"I had to wait for 2 hours to complete the paperwork that..." I had to wait for 2 hours to complete the paperwork that took 5 minutes. This is so ridiculous. It turned a pleasant purchase experience into a frustrating experience. The sales person did not even bother to keep me updated and every time when I bug him, the response is it will be soon. During the 2 hour wait, he could have gone through with me the features of the car but he did not. After the paperwork was done, he did not even do a familiarization with the car.

State taxes were paid at the time of the sale and never sent to my home state of Florida. No one will return my calls. Buy your car else where because once they have your money they will drop the ball with the rest.
"Please beware of this dealership" My experience was the worse I ever could have imagined with the purchase of a vehicle. "Run Around" First experience with service department was a very poor experience. I do not feel the tech knew what he was doing nor did supervision follow-up on concerns. Paid for a new cowl that looks like it was pulled from another vehicle and put on mine. They prefer you pay online and pick your car up as to avoid dealing with you.
