I've visited 2 different BMW service centers in Houston, and I can honestly say Shef Habhab will be the only service advisor i will ever use for my current car or any future BMWs I own. He is quick to respond, very thorough, and just extremely easy to work with. He replies to every method of communication, which is rare these days with service advisors in my experience. Shef Habhab is the man you want to see for any and all your service needs.

My advisor Sufyan Siddiqui was awesome! He listened attentively to all my concerns and made sure they were fixed well. He works fast and thoroughly and takes care of all his customers. I would recommend him 10/10

I just purchased a new 2016 BMW X3 from Momentum BMW. I worked with Tom Herald, Internet Sales Manager. Tom was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, friendly and helped me locate the car with options I was looking for. I previously purchased a 2014 BMW from Tom. About three weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with Caprishia Farr at Momentum BMW. This is the third BMW that Ms. Farr has put sold me. I had a great experience. My service guy is Austin. He has been helping me and my wife with getting our cars fixed. He calls me and keeps me informed or just calls to check up and make sure things are alright. He's my car guy

I have had the most wonderful experience today at BMW! My sales guy David Chu is an awesome sales guy and very straight forward. His manager Max is awesome too. These two guys were very nice and accommodating. If your'e in the market to purchase a vehicle come on down to Momentum where the service is great!
