I approached BMW Momentum via email, got a reply within the day and from the point when I scheduled the visit to the moment I left the dealer driving my car -- it all went well. Had an issue with the car and the team took its time but managed to solve the issue with excellency.
I was having a difficult time finding a 2015 MINI with a manual transmission so late in the year. I've just purchased my 5th car with Momentum BMW. And I have to say, Max White and David Chu were far most the best and delivered excellence customer service! I've always prided myself with excellent customer service. Max and David exceeded my expectations! I've been coming to Momentum BMW for 15 years now, and I have to say, this was my best experience!
I recently purchased a BMW with the help of David Chu and Max White. The experience was very pleasant and I had all my questions answered prior to closing the deal. Most importantly, they facilitated the delivery by a BMW genius. That is world class customer service. I will surely recommend Momentum BMW Southwest and these two gentlemen ANY DAY!
I got my 2016 x5 from David Chu. It was great working with him and his manager Max White. They both took care of everything and are very helpful. Things were on time and they were pretty good with their communication too
I purchased a 2016 bmw x6 from David Chu and my experience far exceeded my expectations. David was award of the product being Sold and answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and helpfuly throughtout the purchase process and even After delivery. If you are in the market for a new bmw I would def recommend that you give David Chu a call.
I live in Louisiana...I looked online for weeks trying to find just the right Countryman! I found what I was looking for at Momentum. I set up an appointment with Adeline Schultz on a Saturday. Marisol Quiroz was the sales person that helped me. She was so attentive and always responded to my emails. She was so helpful and friendly. It took me two months before I actually bought the car, but she was kind and patient to me the entire time!
