I bought my first mini here a couple of months ago and had a great experience! I ordered one with Adeline Schultz and she kept me up to date on its progress throughout the whole process. It came in quicker than expected, too! Since walking into the dealership in April, I've felt like a part of the mini family! Momentum has some really cool customer events that I've participated in. Each time, the staff has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back for another mini, eventually!

We were in the market for a new MINI and trading our current car. However, our timeframe made things very tight and we had only several hours on a Monday afternoon. Adeline was very accommodating in dealing with us, as well as Nick Nguyen in Service - our former service representative for our car that we were trading in. I had a wonderful experience at Momentum Mini!! I have always LOVED the line of cars and it was a dream to own one. Our sales associate, Adeline made the experience that much more fun! She allowed me to lead the experience (so I never felt pushed or rushed) and she was extremely thorough and knowledgable. I recently had an issue with a 2014 JUSTA and had to trade it in for a new one. I was fortunate to have been referred to Adeline Schultz, in the sales office, to get me back into a new Mini. I was looking for the perfect car for me ! I came to Momentum Mini and Adeline worked with me until we found it ! The buying experience was wonderful ! I haven't had any maintenance problems but the periodic checks have been quick and easy . When you have an 8:30 appt . that's when your seen !
GREAT customer service is all about bringing customers back. Due to intangibility, the customers can’t feel the service, and thus causes lack of confidence of customers to the services.
