I live a few miles away from BMW of the woodlands. The sales person, Lee lies to me about features and seemed to know very little about the vehicle I was interested in. I went to this dealer because I saw a car online that I was interested in. When I arrived the car that I saw online was sold but Khalil listened to what I was looking for and found another car that they had not even listed online yet that was perfect for me. I went to the dealership on Friday at noon. Within an hour and a half after choosing my car, I was able to leave the dealership after securing a fair amount for my trade driving a loaner until my certified preowned vehicle was ready. I went to the dealer again on Monday following work and signed the remainder of the paperwork with Finance and walked out in less than a hour. Rod Melloul made the entire process painless.
I live in Colorado, but purchased a used M3 from Momentum BMW in Houston. I traded in a 335i for it. I had a great experience with the dealership. I dealt with Rod Melloul specifically. He gave me a fair trade in value for my 335i before I traveled from Colorado, and he stuck to that value when I got there. The price on the M3 was also very reasonable I think. The buying experience once I got there was smooth. They handled everything well, including issues related to me registering the car in another state.
Khalil was awesome and spent time for over 3 weeks on email and phone and then I floew to Houston and got the car. Great job by him and the entire team there at Momentum.
