I am extremely pleased with my experience at Momentum BMW. I purchased a Certified Preowned Vehicle. Khalil and Vivian were very friendly and helpful. They were also very patient. I highly recommend them to anyone considering making a car purchase. I was also pleased with the compensation for our trade-in vehicles. They were very fair.

I had an outstanding buying experience working with Khalil Zaj last week when purchasing my 2009 Maserati Quattroporte. He was patient in answered all of many my questions. He went the extra mile and did the on-line research to explain to me in detail the differences in the other Quattroportes that I was considering. I wanted to note how nice everyone at Momentum BMW was, and especially what a great job Khalil did. He was very informative and helpful. He also never was pushy or acted like he was "all about the sale," but instead was more focused on finding the right car at the right price for me. I also appreciate that he patiently helped me go through my car's navigation system and iPhone settings - I would have never figured those out otherwise!

I was immensely pleased with the honest professional service I received the second I stepped foot in the dealership. Mr. Watkins made it his mission to find me a BMW that was not only the right fit but right condition for my financial position. Khalil was avid in making sure I had all the other bases covered as well. I never once felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. I highly recommend this dealership!

I cannot express how pleased I am with the customer service we received. This is the 2nd car we have purchased from Momentum. The first time it was pure luck that we were helped by Mr. James Watkins. I recently bought my 5 series from Momemtum BMW Southwest. I worked with Khalil Jawad, who made the car buying experience very easy. He was great in explaining all the features in the car. He was the most friendliest person there and always ready to help and answer questions we had regarding the car. He ended up giving us a good deal that we couldn't decline.
