To whom it may concern, My experience in purchasing a used 2011 Mini Cooper from Khalil Zaj at Momentum BMW/Sonic could not have been any more pleasent than it was. khalil is a true gentlemen and I really enjoyed working with him through the whole process of purchasing a vichical sight unseen, other than the photos I saw on eBay, from him. Terrific Experience. Working w Kahlil was excellent and we would do it again. He went out of his way to assist us. Since we weren't local and couldn't view the car, he took extra pictures for us and his communication was always timely and helpful. From when I walked into Momentum until I drove off it was a pleasant experience. Khalil made me feel at ease. I didn't know what to expect and I was nervous. Khalil was excellent - very knowledgable and responsive. Will come to him first for our next car. Ariel in parts was also excellent - even came out to look at my car to make sure we diagnosed my request correctly and ordered exactly what I needed. The speed at which everything was done was impressive all around - great Team effort!
My experince in this dealership was out of this world, from the very moment you come in the host smile and greet you. Promptly ask for you visit and head you to the right person. Khalil made the process extremely easy and didn't try to blow smoke when dealing with me. He sent me his personal cell number and answered his phone well after dealership hours when I was first reaching out to try and schedule a test drive. Khalil made sure everything was ready to go when I walked in the door and also insisted that I come back again after I had purchased a vehicle so he could spend more time with me going over all the bells and whistles of the car I had just purchased.
