Took our 2012 Mini Cooper in to try to determine cause of a rattling issue. Of course the weather was beautiful and the rattle did not appear. However I had some other items I wanted address with regard to the chrome trim on this mini and JW sent back to the shop and it was taken care of in the time originally quoted.
