They were very professional and got my vehicle ready for me in a fast but efficient manner! My Ford Escape went in on a recall part and ended up needing a full engine rebuild. Ford paid for the whole thing and the service department never lost focus on the amount of time to get me my car back. I recommend this service department anytime!
