"Great Customer Service " I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall issue. As usual Josh & Team were quick but thorough. And true to the estimated wait time-where I spent in the comfortable and clean Customer lounge area.
"Breaks service" The services department call me to let me know that my BMW 640I had send a signal that the front breaks needed servicing. IO schedule appointment and brought it in for servicing. The total experience was professionally handle..
"Exceeded expectations on accommodations and service quality" Kevin and the service team did an excellent job on the service. Everything was routine and nothing unexpected came up in the bill! I will be returning for my next service appointment.
"BEST EXPERIENCE EVER" I'd buy 20 cars from Park Place if I had the money. From the managers, to the sales staff, to finance and service, this was the best experience I've ever had buying a car from top to bottom. 12/10 would reccomend Park Place for your next car buying experience!
