"Great service, super communication" Mac and the crew did a super job on regular maintenance for my car. Knew exactly the deal, finished in less time than expected. Their use of technology makes the whole process seamless.
"Service" Kevin is a nice and reasonable guy who is willing to make things right if they aren’t initially. Whenever I have a question I know he will be open to hearing what I have to say.
"Good rating" Efficient financing manager. Through explanation of the car prior to leaving with new X7. Took multiple back and forths in order to get pricing agreeable.
"Sales people aren't pushy" After a few frustrating days of car shopping, i was getting fed up with all the pushy salesmen thus far. Paul at Park Place was never aggressive about selling to me and I ended up buying a car from him the day I met him. Great people!
"Great customer service" Frank Varner was awesome. Great salesman, highly recommend him. The rest of the staff was great as well! Good experience working with Frank. Glad we made the trip from Muscatine to Cedar Rapids
