"Recall" All work completed on time and as prescribed. My car was taken in for recall work on Takita airbags. Support was friendly and professional. End.
"Traded a Tiguan 2011 and Leased Atlas." The experience was good except the traded Tiguan mechanical experience with VW and value they assigned was not good faith value. I have bought 4 cars from Park Place.

"BMW service" I had to tow my 2009 BMW into Park Place Motors, as it was not running right. So we dropped (on a Sunday)it off, used their convenient drop off key box and left. I was called the following morning to let me know they got the note with the keys, as it was not supposed to be serviced until Tuesday. And I got a call a lil while later, explaining what the issues are with the BMW, and the estimate to the cost of the repairs. "Customer comes first" We were greeted immediately by Stephen and shown the most respect we have received at a dealership so far. Stephen made the car buying experience enjoyable, informative, and stress free.
"Excellent " Excellent! It was a process having 2 little ones with us, but the staff were really helpful offering treats and items to entertain our toddler.
"Engine Light on" Diagnosed issue fast. Ordered part and replaced within 2 weeks. Very courteous service from Kevin Pose and excellent customer help by providing transportation to restaurant.
