"Wonderful service " Wonderful & friendly staff. Suggested the 10K checkup for my car, which I really appreciated because I didn't think about that when I just scheduled an oil change. The car, and even the inside foot mats, got a wash. I think all for a very reasonable price.

"I traded in my car for a newer car." All of the staff that I interacted with were great and the car was in better condition than other cars that I had looked at. A great vehicle and very pleased.
"Very helpful service department" Kevin is a great person to work with. He is knowledgeable and quite capable of explaining complex issues to a novice. He worked with my difficult schedule and got my car back when needed. I will be back and have recommended him and Park Place Motors service to friends.
"Vehicle status check" Kevin is responsive to my inquiries I might have, keeps me informed and the bill is always fairly computed. Shuttle service is timely. Drivers professional and safe.
"Incredibly Accommodating" They were happy to help find us the right car under nonstandard circumstances, and made the process smooth and easy. The provided information was helpful to understanding how the vehicle operated, and they made it very clear that we could reach out to them at any time with questions we might have after the sale.

"Routine service " Service completed quickly with little wait time. Service people very knowledgeable and professional. Service people exceptional, especially when I brought my vehicle in prior to this appointment because an indicator light came on - Mac Miller adjusted tire pressure with no wait time, as it was the tire indicator light that came on.
