"Service of vehicle" Not only were all of my servicing issues addressed satisfactorily, I was able to use a coupon issued through BMW allowing me a $15.00 discount. Kevin was very courteous in his dealings with me and upon completion explained everything addressed regarding my vehicle. They not only serviced my vehicle but returned it to me detailed out as if it were ready for the showroom. Totally elated!
"Sway bar link replacement" These links were worn and replacement was recommended. All went without incident. In addition a four wheel alignment was performed. The car drives well. There is nothing to complain about. I always enjoy taking my car here since the work is so professional and they keep me notified as to progress.
"Josh Kern knows customer service " I really appreciate that Josh keeps me updated on what’s happening with my car. He is always very pleasant and mindful of my time.
