"Excellent car buying experience!" This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle!! I was honest up front about comparing other dealers prices and the staff at McGrath was understanding and very professional! The salesman went above and beyond to answer my questions and fought for my business with getting me the best deal for me even on his day off!! "BMW Service" Not sure that I have twenty five words. Kevin's help was very good. Waiting area was pleasant. Work was done a bit sooner than expected. Price a little higher than I had hoped, but I guess that is the way it is.
"Always nice to work with trustworthy people." This is my second experience buying a vehicle from Park Place Motors. This time my son and I came to look at a used vehicle that we found on their lot. I called ahead to our sales rep Demetrius Johnson and he had the vehicle out and ready for us to test drive. We spent time going over the vehicle and getting all our questions answered before agreeing to buy the car.
"Very positive. Fuel injector replacement." My experience was very positive because the service manager, Jeff Bradshaw, took the time to talk to me and research the situation to find an extended warranty. He was clearly trying to be helpful and understood my anxiety. He was extremely professional. Speaks very well for the dealership.
