This young man spent a considerable amount of time with me while I waited for my car. 24 hours later I get a call saying,”Marla, I found your dream car.” Well, the rest is history. Aaron made buying a new Audi a wonderful.....fun experience.
"Service department " Again the service department did an efficient job of getting the job done in a timely way. Joshau did a good job getting the work done and he did it in a pleasant matter.
"Welcoming Team" I purchased my Audi at the end of 2017 and have brought it in a couple of times for the scheduled service. Everytime I have come in, I am immediately greeted and taken care of! The team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that my questions are answered. Service is done in a timely manner and communication is better than any other service department Inhave dealt with in the past. I appreciate the professionalism at Park Place. Thank you!
