"Exceptional experience! " My husband and I purchased our first certified pre-owned Audi with Almin Alisa. Almin was great to work with and was very professional and knowledgeable about the Audi vehicles. He was very considered and went above and beyond to make our sales experience exceptional. We will certainly buy our future vehicles from Almin and will be happy to refer family and friends!
"50,000 mile service" Everything was easy and great except for the poor job of interior. Don't know to expect a vacuum, etc but for the price it seems like it should be included. Didn't expect an interior detail but vacuuming was very poorly done and returned car to me with very wet mats. Disappointed for the quality of service expected at such a fine dealership. I've gotten better results from much less expensive and high end places.
"Very Happy" Were at the dealership to look at a car and ended up purchasing it. Sales crew did a great job explaining and demonstrating the functions on the car and even put the snow tires on at no extra charge.
"Excellent " Stephen Hlavka helped me to decide exactly the right vehicle for me and even delivered it to my home which is two hours from the dealership. James Taylor, the sales manager, was fair in negotiating the price with out pressure. Could not be happier!
"New car" Very well taken care of they maybecould have fined me a little more for my trade but that is probably a very comme statements overall I was very pleased
"Excellent service, fair prices" Excellent service. Oil change and inspection done quickly. Prices are good, less than estimate and far less than expected. Friendly staff and comfortable lounge area.
"I can see clearly now!" Kevin got my vehicle in quickly to replace the failing wipers. Fast, friendly, courteous, efficient and professional! And washed my vehicle including the floor mats. Thank you!
"It was great and they helped us find the right fitting car." We gave the dealership five stars because they helped us a lot and they kept us company and made us feel comfortable. Demetrius treated us very well he was nice and kind and offered us beverages.
"Superb" Excellent custom service thoughtout all departments. Demetrius Johnson was beyond exceptional. Quality vehicles at reasonable prices. I had rad a great experience from start to finish, will definitely come again when looking for a new car.
