"Preventative maintenance " Brought vehicle in for standard oil change and tire rotation. Staff were very friendly and informative. The maintenance was done in a timely manner. I would have rated 5 stars but upon receiving my vehicle I notice some paint chipped on my door handle not previously there. It is fairly noticeable to me,
"Regular maintenance check and oil change" First time having our BMW X5 serviced here. I was greeted warmly by everyone and had great experience. We have a part broken and they are ordering a replacement and running it through warranty - no questions asked.
"Quick and easy " Everyone was very help full and were quick to explain what was going to be done with my car . And they also washed my car which was a bonus in my book
"Park Place Motors sales and service " Great dealership with nice selection of new and used cars, excellent service and parts. The staff greets you immediately upon entering and all are friendly.
"Very helpful" Every body was very helpful and understanding of what I had in mind and made every effort to make it happen. Very nice staff at McGrath ford.

"1st oil change" new Atlas. I am a happy camper, all on time, friendly etc. nothing else to say, good job. recommend. need to change this survey to allow fewer than 25 words if you want a higher return rate.
"I'm always happy with the service I receive at Park place. " Josh always takes care of me and my cars. I trust his judgment and no he's looking out for me. I've never had any issues with the results from Park Place Motors.
"new car purchase" Tim my salesperson was very informed about the new car. The car is much more complex than any I've owned before and he repeatedly answered questions I had. He even came to my home to sync the garage door opener with my door and answered additional questions. All people I encounterd at the dealership were friendly and helpful. Great organization! I look forward to the car being as good as the dealership
"Park place review" I trust the dealership. The maintenance on my car is well done. Friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy. Comfortable taking my car there. I would recommend this service center
