"Service " Josh did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, finding the most economical option, and making sure my work life wasn’t interrupted.
"Service " Excellent customer service . James Taylor and Almin Alisa are excellent to work with on new cars. Lisa Manthei is very good when purchasing our vehicles with all the options we are so pleased.
"Maintenance on a sensor display light" I took my car in b/c of a sensor light displayed on my dash. Shortly after dropping my vehicle off I was called by Josh who then provided the details of the proposed repair. Top notch service from start to finish!
"Effecient and Friendly" Great experience getting my 10000 mile maintenance. Effecient drop off and quick ride to work. It was also ease to get a ride back to the dealership and pick up the car.
"Great Service" Almin Alisa was very helpful as he walked us throogh the process of purchasing our vehicle. Before we drove away in our 2017 Jetta, he also took the time to get on the car with us and show us how all the features on the dashboard and steering wheel. He did every everything he could to make sure we went away satisfied.
"Outstanding service" I needed a semi-urgent service with minimal notice. I’ve called Luther Park and they were able to fix one of my tires in less than 24 hours. Staff was amazing: polite, caring and beyond helpful. They clearly appreciate their customers’ business!
"Great Car Buying Experience" Car buying has never been an experience I have looked forward too. However, Park Place motors made it a very easy and unstressed event. James and DJ were wonderful as were all the staff I encountered. It was an all around good deal. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
