"Great service " The service department at Park Place always does great work. They keep me updated on what’s happening with the car and make sure that the work gets done right.
"Audi service Oct 2,2018" Josh in the service staff are always friendly and helpful the show room and the service area are always spotless the people in the checkout area and the support staff are always very helpful and friendly all in all a good experience. Thanks Janice
"Awesome service" Kevin is always so friendly and helpful. He usually tries to troubleshoot over the phone when I’ve called him as well. It’s nice to see him whenever I’m in.
"Great service. Attentive to detail" I had a lot of work to be done and in the course of the visit they found a few more items that needed attention. Even though it was getting late they found a way to get it all done and me back on the road.
"Always running to take care of sale" Sales person was very attentive and great at communicating with me. Traded in on New SUV. They spent a lot of time to find exactly what I was looking for.
"Thorough, Efficient, Friendly & Accommodating" Thouroughly inspected vehicle to determine the tire damage. Efficiently replaced and repaired both front tires. Provided a wonderful loaner vehicle, repaired and returned my vehicle to me as quickly as possible all while keeping me updated on the progress each day.

"Really straight forward, simple car buying experience" I really appreciated that while Aaron clearly wanted my business, he simply offered me options that met what I was looking for without trying to persuade me to get something that didn't meet my needs. I never felt pressured or pushed, and when I did find a vehicle I wanted he handled the "fun" stuff (paperwork) very efficiently so it was pretty quick and simple for me.
