"Recalls" The reacalls on this vehacal where honored this time regardless of my having this car servised there or not. $158 i consider a veyy steep charge to just resat and or reboot the program
"Warranty/recall service " In and out in less then 4 hrs. Well explained after the work was done. I was very pleased with time it took, and waiting area.

"Oil change (Jeff Bradshaw)" There was a problem with another car that was using the service bay for my GTI so my car was not able to be serviced on time. The service manager explained what had happened and expressed how sorry he was for the unexpected delay. When my oil change was complete he came to the waiting room and again expressed how sorry he was for the delay and explained what they did on the service to my GTI. "Very good" They were very flexible and helpful, I had a leaky tire and an scheduled oil change later in the week. I asked if I could get the tire taken care of & the oil change at the same time & was told “sure”.
