"Very helpful and listened to my concerns." Kevin has always been a wonderful person to work with. He took the time to fully listen to all my concerns, and explain what each item would need in terms of service to come up with the right list for what I needed done.
"Very good service, repair was fast." Every time l have service, everyone is friendly and helpful. The last visit was a broken suspension bolt that was frozen in place. The service people managed to get it out and replaced without having to replace the much more expensive spondylitis. And Kevin Pose got me a car to.use while the repairs were being done.
"GREAT MANAGER AND SERVICE WRITERS" EXCELLENT RUN DEPARTMENT !!! The staff is very good at what they do . They allow us to talk directly to them , and not to some service desk that is a third party !!

"Great service " Good work. I had my car for balance Work was done on time and properly. I also had the backlight ordered. The cost was high. But it will be fixed soon.
"Jeff has been an outstanding person to work with." Jeff has been an outstanding person to work with. I’ve had this problem on my Volkswagen Touareg they have worked very hard to solve the problem but been on able to Solve because Volkswagen has not authorized any other solutions.
"No stress recall service " They picked up my car and returned it in one day. This alone saved me over 3 hours of drive time! They returned it cleaner than it was and completed the recall work all at no cost to me! I am very impressed! Thank you Luther Park Place BMW 😀
