We had the pleasure of working with Ryan Korte and Chris Reiser during the purchase of our new 2016 Kia Sorento. They worked with us throughout several days to narrow down which features, color and year we wanted. We have very busy lives and they were very flexible with our schedules. They went above and beyond to find what we wanted throughout the states in a short period of time. Ryan treated us more like friends then just customers; fantastic! Very friendly, professional and informational service staff. I had a very fine experience while having miscellaneous service work performed. .. Everything from setting up the appointment, to a reminder call the day before, down to a very prompt and pleasant shuttle ride to and from a local retailer. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in need of service work and be inclined to think that a sales experience would be equally as positive.
The service department at Park Place Motors is top notch. I have to drive 70 miles to get to Park Place Motors. The service manager reviewed the problem with my 2014 Passat that I had told them about during the scheduling process. They asked if there was anything else they should look at. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Everyone asked if they could get me coffee or a ride somewhere. Very courteous. I worked with Sam on the purchase of our new, used, vehicle. I came right after work, which happened to be 10 minutes before close, and without hesitation, he asked if we needed help. He did not rush us, and answered all of our questions. Sam never threw a hard close at us, and I never felt obligated to make the purchase for keeping him after hours. Brought my Kia in for service. I found the environment very clean and bright. The staff where very open and approachable. All of my questions were answered before work started. Both drop off and pickup by the shuttle service was prompt and on time, even accounting for heavy traffic. When picking up the vehicle the service invoice was explained by the Service Rep. Car was brought around and made ready for me to go. Best experience I've had for service in a very long time.
There was a recommended recall on my 2013 Kia Optima. I made the appointment in Rochester as it was more convenient for me. While I had my car in for the recall work, I had an oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades replaced. I was extremely disappointed to find they had never asked me what type of oil I used and put in regular, when I questioned it at the end, I was told I never said anything.
