There's always a certain level of hesitancy when taking your vehicle somewhere for service when you didn't purchase from them...No need to worry with Park Place. Joshua does an amazing job in the Service Department. He went above and beyond to deliver my vehicle to me (an hour and a half away) at no charge when a mistake had been made and my car wasn't going to be finished when expected. This is the second time I have purchased a KIA at Park Place Motors partially due to the excellent auto's available but mostly due to the remarkable customer service and professionalism provided by Jenna Christensen. Josh and AJ are the finest service writers I've ever come across! They take the time to explain the things that are going on. Also, the mechanics are top notch too! I do a lot of my own service because I have the experience and knowledge, well that and I'm very fussy about my vehicles, and never have I come away with any issues or problems. Something that cannot be said for every dealer or service department. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right the first time. Jeff at the VW Service desk was a great pleasure to work with. He was thorough and patient with me. The mechanics worked in a quick fashion and would have had my car back on the road the same day if it weren't for the cost. I passed on getting my car completely fixed at Park Place because of the cost. It's an old car, VW parts are extremely expensive. I opted to purchase after market parts which for me was much more feasible, all things considered. None-the-less, working with Park Place was great!

When I first started looking for a vehicle I knew I wanted to get an Equinox. Lucky me they had one that was just about perfect. From the time we stepped into their lot until the time we left our experience was outstanding! Even after we left we had a few issues with the vehicle and their customer service manager along with the repair services manager never hesitated to help us out. They sent people to pick up my vehicle, repair it, and deliver it back! TWICE!... plus they lent me a loaner car which I kind of got used to :) ... read more

Buying a car was a great experience! Very friendly, pressure free atmosphere. Eric was very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot and could easily explain differences in car packages. He found out exactly what we were looking for and helped us make our selection that fit our budget. He did not try and oversell his product. I first came to Park Place to purchase a used Audi. I worked with Jenna Christensen and she was amazing. She found several different options for me. I was just about to purchase a used Audi but my back started to act up and I had to undergo back surgery. Jenna stayed in touch with me during the recovery phase and when I was ready to restart the process she was eager to help. When I started looking for a new car I knew I was looking for a Volkswagen. went to Parkplace motors and meet Jenna a very knowledgeable and a really good saleslady.
