Paul was so great to work with. I called in the morning and told him what I was interested in and he called me back after a little research with some options. I met with him later in the day and he was really friendly and knowledgeable about the Kia I was purchasing. Robert was great with the finance portion of it and it was a really quick process.

I bought my 2008 Saturn Outlook about 6 months ago from Park Place motors. I drove from four hours away as they have the best prices around! Everyone was very helpful and honest throughout the sales process. No one was overly pushy, and they were all very knowledgeable. I had a few unexpected/random issues with my vehicle shortly after purchase and Park Place stepped up to help me deal with each and every one promptly. They are very courteous and professional. I will definitely be going back to buy from them again!

I recently leased a vehicle with Luther Park Place Motor Cars. The process was as stress-free as possible. The staff was knowledgeable and patient, courteous and efficient. The facility is comfortable and appealing. Other staff members with whom I did not work were friendly and welcoming. I had many questions about the lease agreement and they were all answered to my satisfaction, before I stepped foot in the dealership or made any indication of being committed to working with the dealership.

I had the pleasure of working with James recently to purchase my 2010 Chrysler Sebring. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and an extreme pleasure to work with as he went above and beyond. I also met Robert in finance and Kevin in service both of whom were also very helpful and courteous. I recently traveled from Minneapolis down to Rochester for my certified A4, and I couldn't be more pleased to have worked with Park Place Motors and James Taylor on the purchase.
