I bought a 2013 ford focus st from Kyle Ronnfeldt. I came in close to closing, and everyone treated me very kindly. Kyle was very knowledgeable on the car and my needs. I was buying a new X3 and helped by Kyle Ronnfeldt at the dealership. Kyle is very friendly and attentive, very easy to work with. He explained the options for the car and the process of ordering a custom-built one very well. I compared a few dealers in the area, and BMW of Champaign offered the best price initially and was the easiest to work with in price negotiation. "I wonder if the Honda dealer is recommending more..." I wonder if the Honda dealer is recommending more maintenance due to business being down with the pandemic. I and others can’t afford now
"Took vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation...." Took vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home I noticed that a piece of rigid plastic that protects the underside of the vehicle was hanging down. Nothing was mentioned about this piece despite its very close proximity to the oil filter. Another case of caring service?! At least my oil got changed and the tires rotated....or did it.
We were not going to buy that day but just drive a CRV, an HRV... They gave us such a good price we decided that we would purchase the CRV that day.
