Ben Hall was most helpful in purchasing a new car. He answered all our questions. If he didn't know an answer he talked to someone who did. The whole financial crew was very informative.
Charlie Lange is the man who showed me around. He was great in providing all the information and I guess we closed the deal in couple years.
They are awesome they go above and beyond and make sure you leave with a car ! They don't get your hopes high. Car payments are super reasonable included with the gap insurance.

Despite having had two great Mercedes vehicles and working with another dealership for many years, I made a careful comparison deciding on a new car and in the end felt that the clear winner was BMW Champaign. This was on the basis of the quality of the staff, service, location, price, vehicle specifications, and every other measure I could think of.
Champaign Honda had the best price and responded within a half hour to our post. Salesman, boss who went over papers, and various personal who answered phone calls were wonderful. We called them Thursday morning that we were coming at 6:00 to purchase the vehicle. Richard assisted us throughout the day getting these ready. He invested a lot of time that day making sure paperwork was ready when we got there. He was focused on meeting our specific needs...it wasn't all about selling a car.
Stopped by to look at a BMW convertible, met with a very nice, polite young man,Kyle. He was very knowledgeable and low pressure salesman. Helped with test drives and comparing other BMWs. We decided to purchase the car. Kyle was very helpful in the paperwork process, as was Chad Johnson in the business office. Kyle was very helpful in our understanding of all the bells and whistles
