I walked in interested in an X4, which was not on the lot and not easily found. I got a call within 30 min of leaving that the exact car was found in another state. Within a week I was driving my 2017 X4. Love the car, loved the experience, Kyle took great care of the whole process. This is my second purchase from BMW and the first experience was just as good. I highly recommend BMW and BMW of champaign.
Ken Moerdyk, Charlie Lange and Kyle are very knowledgeable and fun to work with when buying my new X5. I didn't know much about leasing but they answered all my questions and help me make an informed decision. I'll never own a vehicle again! Lease is the way to go! Chad and Pete in finance were very helpful and put my mind at ease about the lease end process by adding Lease Protection to my X5. A great experience all the way around! I recently just purchase a 2007 Honda crv and let me tell you this dealership exceeded my expectations. I needed a pre-owned car after mine was totally destroyed by a semi-trailer. After visits to two incompetent outlets, Jason Bell greeted me at the door at Honda/BMW. He relieved my stress by showing me some cars I could afford and made the process go smoothly and quickly. I would buy another car from Jason Bell at Honda.
