I’d give this dealership one star if I could, but it doesn’t give me the option to. Let’s talk about horrendous customer service. If you are ever in the market for a higher end car, DO NOT go to any Bobby Rahal dealerships. Worst experience ever great car horrible staff i have never been lied to so many times by so many people and when i was returning my lease after 3 years my thank you was $40 for a bulb $350 destination charge $1050 for different new tires So why did i pay $1300 for $5000 worth of useless insurance from bobby rahal? Service attendant lied to me about the status of a repair. Issue became apparent not even 15 miles after driving away from dealer Service attendant unauthorized additional work without consent. Finally their social media presence is a joke. When I first raised issues about the problems I was personally having it fell on deaf ears. If they do not care to engage their customers through social media such as Facebook they should not have a presence on social media at all. Really does shame to the legacy of Bobby Rahal.
I have purchased many cars here, and my recent experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth, so much so that I will be finding another dealership. From unclean loaner, or forgetting to check issues on my car, to non-explanation to a window crack on a loaner....NO call back after multiple messages. Just another car dealership now. I don't know what happened as they used to be stellar.
Went in for service today on a problem which was overlooked while the car was in for warranty service last Fall. Was told over the phone that there was a possibility of them taking care of it for me as a goodwill. The car has 54,000 miles on it and the valve cover cracked which sounds to me like a defect that should be taken care of. Needless to say they decided to do nothing for me and offered me a price match on the parts with a popular BMW part website. The WORST. Go anywhere else. Waste of time and money.
When we test drove the BMW X4, the salesman Darren, said "I am not a car sales man, I just sell cars". Well boy was that wrong. When I emailed him in cars that I was interested in he called with some pricing that was WAY over what they should be. Then when we questioned him he said, "oh you are PRICE shoppers", really, who isn't looking for an awesome deal. Did you receive a $1500 cash back bonus in addition to the .9% financing? Since we were never informed about this offer by salesman Darren Smith or sales manager Tim Brady nor was this included in any of the paperwork of their "best offers" I wanted to make other potential customers aware that it exists and you may not hear about it. I would give this fewer stars if possible. Sales is fine, but service department is made up of the most incompetent and untruthful individuals. My pitch/yaw sensor went out in my X3 (an easy plug in part located under the center cupholder), I was told it was the "brain of my car" and it would take 4-6 hours of computer reflashing and dismantling my dash. . .
