I had my vehicle serviced at Rahal 3 months ago. As a result of the repairs completed, my power steering pressure line was damaged and let go just today. My vehicle is now out of warranty. I was very much surprised and elated when the service manager, Andrew Dipple, agreed to pay for the damaged part. I couldn't be more thankful to him and the technician, Dan Lemon, for going above and beyond what is required of them. Thank you, again!!!
