Great staff, and awesome place to service your BMW
I was there as part of a large group on a driving tour and started to develop a running issue with my 2002tii. Jamie got me in, diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 hours, while Rahal BMW provided an amazing lunch for the group! Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and courteous!
Our salesman, Matt (who unfortunately left the dealership), was wonderful. He was so accomodating to our schedule since we live over an hour away, and helped us through our chaotic financing without batting an eye. Our buying process wasn't exactly simple this time around, and he made it look so effortless and was incredibly patient with us. He made sure I got the car I really wanted.
