Thanks to the people at this dealership! They made no money off of me. It was an airbag recall. I have never been there before, but after calling my local dealer 4 TIMES.. in Sewickley ( and never getting a return call or being told my 2010 was too old), I called Rahal. They treated me like I had bought 50 cars from them, as I waited for my new airbag. I have never bought a car there... but I will next time... driving from Sewickley to do so... Thanks

Over 12 years of being Rahal customers, my wife and I are afraid to go anywhere else. They have spoiled us with the best customer service we've ever seen. In 12 years there have been a couple of minor goof ups - never involving safety - usually miscommunication. But that's when they've proven their credibility. Everybody makes mistakes. This is our third car from Bobby Rahal BMW. Each time, we have been treated with professionalism, courtesy and timeliness. Darren Carr, client advisor, was extremely helpful in delivering the exact car we wanted. An excellent customer service experience as always. Fortunately my BMW s rarely need more than scheduled service, but no matter what needs to be done they go out of their way for positive outcomes and a pleasant experience. That's why I keep going back and recommend them for everything BMW.
