Finest service! JEFF in service was one of the best individuals I have had the pleasure to deal with. Very informative and easy having my turbo replaced. Would highly recommend the service center to everyone I know.

Excellent Experience - Start to Finish From the initial phone call to ask if the car I was looking at on their website was still available to my driving away with that car a few days later, this was the smoothest car purchase event I've ever had. I worked with Jim Baker and never once felt pressured or handled. Every element of the trade in and purchase was described in detail and presented clearly. Service was top notch! I brought my two month old X2 in because someone hit our passenger door and dented and dinged it. Brad was extremely kind and explained what he could do to help us. The car came back looking like it was never dented or dinged. Brad was amazing, he was on top of contacting us when it was finished, and the car looks great. Top notch!

MyBeamer This was my first time dealing with BMW of South Albany. My experience with them was truly exceptional. Friends and family were surprised I had a major repair done in a few hours as opposed to a couple of days. I will be taking my vehicle there for all service going forward. They even gave me a courtesy car wash! Truly amazing.
