Melissa Best experience ever. Dealer went above and beyond to make this a seamless process. The only time we went into the dealership was for delivery. Everyone from the receptionist to the general manager get 5 stars. We will be loyal customers for years to come!

Service Quick service and pleasant atmosphere while I waited
The Place to Go! The staff was very accommodating. I didn't know exactly when I would be there to get my wipers replaced, since I was coming from another appointment. Once I arrived, they basically took me right in. I was greeted warmly and sat in the waiting area where I enjoyed hot cocoa and one of many snacks. Before I got the car back it had received a complementary wash. When I'm ready to buy a new car, this is where I will buy it. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Special thanks to Jeff who handled our "case."

BMW of South Albany I had a truly amazing experience purchasing my vehicle at BMW of South Albany. The entire staff were so helpful and accommodating. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and were very informative about BMW and the vehicle I was about to purchase. Quite frankly, it is the most pleasant and enjoyable experience I've had buying a vehicle in my 40 years of shopping and purchasing a car.
Exquisite dealership and customer service I do not have a strong sense of entitlement. Just because I drive a luxury car, I don think Im entitled to luxury customer service. That does not mean I dont recognize or appreciate when I do get luxury customer service, and that is the exactly what I got from BMW of South Albany. Owner The Service Consultants are the best in the business...Larry and Brad are two of the reasons why we continue do business with BMW of South Albany. Jim Baker, in sales, is the other reason. My most recent visit did not include sales so I checked N/A. Otherwise, Jim gets 5 stars.
ALWAYS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE I always have a good feeling taking our E90 and F31 to BMW of South Albany for service, which is something that I cannot say about the other BMW dealer that I have also taken our cars to.
