Excellent service, as always! It is always so easy to contact BMW of South Albany and schedule a convenient service appointment. The guys are always friendly and efficient, and my car is always clean when I pick it back up. The ability to have a loaner or ride is very helpful as well.

Great Experience This dealership is extremely pleasant and friendly, extremely professional and clean. My salesman Jim was extremely wonderful. When I go back to get my car serviced, it's always a pleasant experience and never takes a long time at all.
Customer service experience at BMG of South Albany This dealership provides a very high quality (top notch) service in every aspect. I had my first service experience this week, and I couldn't ask for more support and convenience. From the service intake process, to the time I spent with the genius to learn more about the features in my car while I was waiting, to the loaner and delivery availability, everything was great!
