"New 2020 X5 M50i" New purchase...everything over the phone and email. Fair price and good response from folks involved. In and out of dealership in about an hour for delivery and paperwork. Would do transaction over again.

"Worked to resolve my problem." I had a brake light and dsc light that came on intermittently. Tough to diagnose. They requested I allow the tech take the car home. I agreed. The lights came on and was able to diagnose and fix the issue instead of sending me home with a could not duplicate which most dealers would do.
"Recalls" I was pleasantly surprised when I called on a recall and they were able to send someone to me within 48 hours. He was curious and efficient.
