"Great sales person and dealership" We went to Furman on Sunday to take a look at upgrading our current car. They had a good selection of cars in the category we were looking for. We had the good fortune to meet Cleo who was a great sales person to work with. He helped us through figuring out which car we wanted and then was great the rest of the way through purchasing and taking delivery of the car. He made the experience fun and very easy for us. We would highly recommend Cleo to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

"Great service experience " I was able to get a same-day appointment to have 4 new tires installed. Prices were very competitive with local places, online, even a friend discount couldn’t beat Ferman BMW pricing. Nicholas was extremely friendly and efficient as usual.

"Well worth the drive " Impressed with the people from start to finish. Our sales person was amazing. The manager rocks and the finance guy made things painless. We drove 3.5 hours to find a car. The BMW dealerships in our area are terrible. Can’t wait to buy our next bmw from Ferman. It’s the only place we will buy our cars!

"It was a long process, but I received daily updates." It took a week to resolve the issue, but I receive daily updates. Then .after I receiver the car. the satellite radio was not working. The specialist learnt on a follow up call this issue and I had to make another appointment.
