"Very easy and pleasant to work with " Each step of buying a car through Ferman was straightforward. We had reached out after seeing an X1 advertised online and were able to start paperwork and sort out questions we had prior to going to the dealership as we are located in Orlando. When we arrived to purchase, everything was prepared and made our experience at the dealership very easy. Would go back again, the drive was well worth it!

"Excellent customer service " Reached out to Ferman BMW regarding a X5 on their website I was able interested. Mary Keller contacted me immediately. Working with Mary was wonderful, she was so responsive and helpful. Upon my arrival to the dealer Mary had the X5 ready to test drive and provided knowledgeable information. The deal was good and the entire process was easy and smooth. Thank you to both Mary and AJ for making it easy! Would definitely go back to Ferman BMW next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

"Honest" Most dealers promise things and price and There is usually issues. No surprises with a Robert and Alan. They were very straight forward. I would recommend the dealership because of Robert and Alan.
