"Ferman Service BMW" Great service, communication and everything was done on time. An easy loaner program if you need one and a free wash. What’s not to like?
"CPO Corrective Work" Car required some ding removal/repair that could not be completed prior to delivery. Drop off, service technician, pick up were all great. Great quality on the ding removal - paint chip repair could have been better i thought. we'll have to wait until i clean the car again this weekend to see what it really looks like.
"Great selection....great experience" We were looking for a large suv and so we stopped in to look at new X7. The sales team brought several options and allowed us to test drive them. Ultimately, we chose one that fit our needs and are very satisfied with our purchase.
"Good purchasing experience" Marcos was a pleasure to work with. He extensively demo many cars since I was familiar with the brand. Explained to me every single details of options and differences between vehicles. He followed up with my decision and they let me take a car home for 24 hours to make sure I liked the car. Amazing work.
"A Great Place with great people" Courtney was very professional,and respectful. She kept me informed of the work and the need to keep my car. She arranged for a loaner with out a hassle. I thank-you all. A great place and wonderful people.
"Sara created a win-win" A 2013 Prius showed up online at Ferman BMW/ Mini- not a car they “should” know about. Sara Griffith made it her business to learn about Prius before our appointment and answered all my questions thoroughly. She was fun to work with, went to bat for me with the GM on pricing AND stayed late to help me return my rental car. THAT’S a win-win!
"Efficiency" It was fast and efficient. l’d call ahead because was late because the heavy traffic was holding me ... They understand the situation and made arrangements to keep my appointment fir the same day just moving it one hour up. Thank you
"Excellent" Ferman reminded me of my service due, scheduled it when I wanted, met me as I drove up, and escorted me to the waiting area. My service advisor got me within 5 minutes, we agreed on what I wanted done, and I spent the next 2 hours in the comfortable waiting area working on my laptop (with wifi) and enjoying latte from their machine and bagels and cream cheese. The service was finished and the car washed and vacuumed, and the bill much less than expected. Yep, I'm happy.
"Really care " First time at Ferman. Usually get service up north. Everyone was super nice and really cared. Good outcome on fixes too. Thanks all is appreciated
