"Fixed problem efficient and explained to me" So far this service dealer has fixed problem same visit and other BMW dealers that I have been to have not and got wrong diagnostics and had to return until someone in service got The right problem and the right fix.!One dealer services after car worse than before fix and after returning 3X service manager stepped in and drove car and agreed with me

"Best service " Karl Alvarez is the ultimate best. He is very respectful and goes above and beyond his duties. He is the only person that I would reach out to when I need anything.
"Car purchase " David Soto was very helpful. I was getting a similar deal at another facility but I trusted Soto and that is why I proceeded with the purchase at ferman I appreciate David Theodo as well, he was patient and helped with a getting me a deal I felt comfortable with.
"Great service" Came for an oil change, they also rotated my tires and fix additional issues that I wasn’t aware of. The staff was friendly and made sure that I understood everything
