"Buying experience " We took a long time to decide between cars. Matt was understanding and helpful. Great buying experience. Great selection of cars for us to select from.
"Serviced and cleaned" My car was serviced, washed and vacuumed and I didn’t have to wait a long time. Comfortable waiting area and friendly staff. After I made the appointment, I received a reminder text.
"Repaired baring in front passenger wheel" Great about getting our X5 in quickly along with offering a BMW loaner car while our X5 was being worked on. Jamie’s communication was great updating us on the progress of our X5
"Great experience!" I would highly recommend this dealership. Staff is friendly, honest, and they made car buying no hassle at all. We needed to get in and get out due to it being Halloween, and they had everything ready for us. I will be going to Ferman for my next bmw!
"Outstanding service!" Ferman’s service department is fantastic! It’s facility is clean, well organized and you can monitor your vehicles progress on a video monitor while enjoying a great cup of gourmet coffee and a bagel. "What car buying should feel like" Our entire experience at Ferman BMW was a great one - from our Client Advisor Marcos Villas-Boas, to Sales Manager Phil Bennis, to Finance Director Scott Douglas, everyone was very friendly and there was none of that high pressure car sales nonsense, however, everyone was also very professional.
