"Outstanding service" I am 48 years old. Have probably purchased about 7 cars in my life time and I have never had such a pleasurable experience from both my sales guy “ Alex the Russian kid” and his manager. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone in the market for a car. I dreaded buying a car! These guys made it super easy and even drove almost 3 hours to bring me my new vehicle! The only thing I hate is that they are so far from me!
"great service and nice guys to work with" There was a misunderstanding between myself and my salesman; once I brought it to their attention the situation was taken care of immediately. I could not have asked for a better response from both the salesman and the managers. I will definitely be back for my next car!

"Exceptional " The General Sales Manager, Karl Alvarez and the Sales Advisor, Alex Wolf provided exceptional service to us as we considered the options available for a New BMW 5 series. We have owned Mercedes and BMWs in the past and we were undecided as to what new vehicle we would select this time. "I needed to have my oil changed and we live 2 hours away. " Overall the experience was exceptional. We stayed on the beach, my car was picked up, a loaner was provided, and we were not inconvenienced at all.

"M3 recall" Brought my 2011 m3 in for a positive battery cable recall. My service advisor was very helpful and got the job done but it took a day longer than what the people who made the appointment said. I know this isn’t the service advisors fault so I don’t blame him at all but I wish the people who made the appointment wouldn’t have told me my car would be done same day if it couldn’t have been.

"I love this place and my car ‼️‼️‼️‼️" Ok .. they called me.. it’s that time.. so nice.. I did ask for a loaner.. , they said yes.. and when it got there.. they did not have one.. but.. drove me home.. and later brought my car too me.. .. peoplebitch about the stupidist stuff.. theman who took my loaner said his car smelled like smoke.. so my loaner became his cause he was an xxx.. all wonderful..
