"Great experience" When it looked like I wouldn't be able to get the car I wanted, I said let's look at another vehicle, but Steve said, nope, this is the car you want, I'm going to help you get it. He did and Erin worked at getting the numbers to work out and miracle of miracles, they got me my car. I won't ever go anywhere else. I'm telling all my friends.

"Cesar" Cesar really makes coming in to drop my vehicle not only easy and seamless but a really enjoyable experience. I've had Cesar all but one time and although the service was good, it wasn't the same without Cesars positive energy and excitement to create an amazing guest experience. Keep him around and please make sure he's my permanent service advisor!

"My first BMW experience! " During my first BMW experience I was welcomed kindly by all the team members who greeted me. I had specifically gone to see Robert Chodorowski all the way from Brooksville, based off a friend’s referral from his previous experience with Rob at this location. "Always an amazing experience " There has never been a time where my needs were not met at Ferman BMW. Whether purchasing a vehicle or having service performed, the staff have always been attentive and gracious. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

"Great Service" James Whaley did a phenomenal job taking care of my old BMW. Very personalized service and the price was right. I will definitely be bringing my newer BMW here for any service needs. Kyle the shop Foreman was very knowledgeable and explained everything in an easy to understand way.

"Good salesman is the way to success of the brand. " When I get to Ferman BMW I was between X1 and Audi Q3. After a test drive, with Robert Chodorowski, right now I am 100% sure that my new car will be BMW! Robert give me tons of suggestions and told me a LOT about new X1. (The salesman in Audi was not so particular as Robert) True is that I asked a lot questions, but in Audi I was almost forced to buy. In Ferman, with Robert, I was feeling like with a good friend. Sorry Audi, I choose BMW. Thank you Robert!

"Great place, great people, great cars!" I got my brand new 5 series in Ferman BMW. Thanks to Mr. Chodorowski I learned a lot about my new car. He is very focused on the details and also able to answer all questions (also the weird ones) 😊 When I left Ferman in my 5 series, I was sure that I do not have any more questions. Great place, great friendly people. Thanks Robert! You are a good guy! I will be back to you for sure soon!

"This is what service should be." They told us what was wrong with the vehicle, they fixed it on time, they were no surprises. No one tried to upsell me everyone was courteous and helpful.
