"Excellent staff and service " I have relocated from Orlando area my prior dealer would have my car pick led up for servicing. However the quality and f service have been lacking. Based upon the service and staff at Ferman BMW, I am moving my business here.

"Second time's the charm" Had my 2017 Mini Cooper S John Cooper Works convertible serviced here a year ago and felt steamrolled by upsells and recalls. Was not super satisfied with that experience and would have rated it a two/five. This time things were smooth and the servicing was done quickly without a lot of pressure. They made right one defect left over from a year before recall and overall I am much more satisfied.

"Great Customer Service" Cesar was instrumental in coordinating with the service technicians to fix the clogged drain from the roof exterior and also ensured that the service warranty covered the cost which was extremely helpful and much appreciated!! Outstanding customer service!! Ferman BMW backs it’s warranty up 100%!!

"Professional, Timely, and Informed " I checked in with Dustin Ryan, he was very professional but also friendly. We discussed the issues and items I wanted to have checked. After initial evaluation he came back and discussed the findings. He also let me know one of the items would be covered under my extended warranty. "Warranty Repairs" Three warranty repairs were completed, no fee. Work was completed in less than two hours. Good appointment. Everyone was very friendly and played with our Labradoodle, Sophie.
