"Service review Ferman" Your staff are top notch. Upon arrival they are there to greet me and get me to Douglas, my assigned contact in service. Every time I go there I deal with the same person. Douglas is friendly, personable and good at his job. He sends me text messages to update me throughout the day and keeps me in the loop. I really appreciate the great work there and the loaner car so I can keep on with life while the car is in the shop. Great job Ferman

"Bad day turned into a great day!" Unexpectedly needed a new vehicle due to an expensive repair that, in my opinion, should have been a recall for the N20 & N26 engines.
