"Great Experience" have tried to buy from Ferman in the past and was not crazy with experience. This was a very different more relaxed environment. They allowed me the time and space to feel comfortable with the purchase. Charles was great.

"Annual service " The service call was done well (annual checkup). Only issue I had so was the same issue as last year - some kind of software update is required but would require to leave my car overnight. I wish I was offered a loaner so I could get the update completed.

"Ferman Rocks" If you haven't visited a BMW dealer before, you may have a certain expectation of the environment that isn't necessarily positive because you haven't been to Ferman. From the moment you set foot on the property, the entire vibe is unlike any other dealership. All of the employees are friendly and treated with respect. A buyer can feel and see that.
