"Great cutomer service and product knowledge." Service quickly determined the problem with the taillights and were able to remedy the problem. The Problem was caused by bulbs not being seated properly.

"Great " We had a great time choosing a car that fits my family needs. My Professional client advisor is Robert Chodorowski and he help me meet the criteria that I need in getting a brand new BMW. We had a great time specially my son who keeps going back multiple times in the refreshment area. The only thing that upsets me is the slow processing of paper works but other than that I would recommend Ferman BMW to my friends and family.
