"Customer service!" The customer is definitely put first at this dealership. My salesperson And the gentleman from finance made the car buying experience pleasant and uncommonly stress free. "Personalized Service " An AutoTrader listing led us to Ferman BMW. Responses by their Online Lead manager & PreOwned manager as well as a Customer Assistance team member got the ball rolling. Expressing our needs with Phil and Alex through phone conversations and text led them meet all of our requirements of Condition, Pricing, and Closing Needs. the Deal was closed verbally pending a visual inspection of the car prior to signing the Docs at closing.
