"Mini Gathering" Waiting for my car to be serviced is the most pleasant experience; I got to interact with other Mini Owners. We share the year of our prized possessions, "Our Mini's" and it was as if we had been friends for years. Being a Mini Owner draws a bond that is like no other. "Another great experience " This is my third car from Ferman BMW with Mary Keller. Mary is a wonderful Client Advisor and a major reason I am on my Ferman third BMW. She knows the product and listens to the customer. Senior Sales Manager Alan Mazur was a tremendous help during the acquisition process. Finally, Erin Chaparro, Business Manager, crossed all the t’s and dotted the i’s on the financial side.
